Michelle Valintis
Michelle is a recruiting and human resources leader and the firm’s principal.
After working in human resources for 15 years with companies like General Mills and Genentech, she began working with nonprofits, Native organizations and Tribes.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources, as well as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation.
She has deep expertise in talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and employment law, as well as heirloom tomato gardening, mediocre guitar playing and most snow sports.
When you work with Michelle, you get someone who takes her work, but not herself, seriously.
